Jenny
Heiman - Owner/Director & Dance.
Ms. Jenny earned a B.A. in Business Management
with a Minor in Dance from the University
of Northern Iowa. During her time there,
she was a member of the Orchesis Dance Company,
an auditioned company focusing on the fine
arts of dance, and Young Peoples Dance
Theatre, which brought dance education programs
to local schools. Ms. Jenny has twice attended
the American College Dance Festival, and
was honored to have her choreography chosen
to represent UNI at the Regional Competition
in Detroit, Michigan. Ms. Jenny is a certified
Pilates Instructor and has her State of
Iowa Coaching Certification, as she is the
Dallas Center-Grimes High School Dance Team
Coach. Ms. Jenny is an avid learner when
it comes to dance and education; she is
continually attending workshops and master
classes to further her expertise. |

Lorainna Nedved - Cheer
& Dance. Mrs. Lorainna has spent
her whole life dancing and cheering. She
has a degree from Iowa State University
in Theatre and a degree in Dance and was
also a member of the Iowa State Cheer Squad
and Orchesis I Dance Company. She was also
a member of the JFK National Dance Team
and performed in the Citrus Bowl and Outback
Bowl halftime shows. Mrs. Lorainna has also
worked as the choreographer for several
of the VEISHA musicals at ISU and does freelance
choreography for swing choirs, pageants,
musicals and several cheer and dance teams
in Iowa. Mrs. Lorainna is the head Competition
Cheerleading coach and teaches the Junior
Competition Dance Team along with little
ones and the Boys Only class. |

Shelley Rouse - Baton.
Ms. Shelley twirled competitively for over
12 years in Illinois and was a member of
the National Champion Barons
Baton Corps. She lives in Ankeny with her
husband and three children. Ms. Shelley
is an instructor in Iowa State Universitys
Greenlee School of Journalism and coaches
competitive twirlers in Ankeny and Grimes,
along with the Grimes Superstars twirlers
and Dance Twirl performance team. |

Aimee Spray
- Tumbling & Cheer. Ms. Aimee
grew up in Dallas Center, where she started
tumbling at age 9, and tumbled competitively
for 5 years. She also competed in trampoline
and double-mini trampoline. She won many
state titles and a national title. Ms. Aimee
is the head tumbling teacher and assistant
Competition Cheerleading coach for the Superstars. |

Naura
Godar - Dance. Naura Heiman Godar is
a project architect with StruXture Architects
in West Des Moines. She has a Minor in Dance
from Iowa State University, where she served
as an officer and president of Orchesis
I Dance Company. She has had the opportunity
to take class in Los Angeles, New York,
Washington D.C. and Chicago and strives
to keep up to date with the Modern dance
movement in the United States. Naura performed
at the American College Dance Festival at
both the regional and national level, performing
in 2002 at the Kennedy Center. She is excited
to offer her Modern dance experience to
Grimes Superstars and hopes to provide these
technically advanced students a whole new
vocabulary in which to express themselves. |
